		<description>kangkang ni bagus tok kesihatan.. sy slalu buat pagi2 time cuti sambil tgk astro yang senaman yoga tu oleh model2 hindi tu.. kangkang leh aliran darah lancar, kuatkan otot di part yang ada lemak.. bukan kangkang time nak buat jer. hehee</description>
