IPTA is short form as Institut Pengajian Tinggi Awam same meaning as well for Civil High Level University if I direct translate for the above phrase. Study in University is ultimate education system in many country and most of student have their own dream wanna to archive graduate with CGPA 4.0. That is also strong message from your senior when share his gut how disappointed they all in last semester final year in university with carry point 2.0 CGPA. Suddenly this thing happen backlash to you when you ignore how important to study smart and struggle to success. Actually I wanna to share this video the situation when the class bored and the lecturer lost of power..

About 5 years ago in Malaysian University show that sum ratio between female student is about 80% compare to male student 20% so for class e.g has 100 student, female 80 and boys only 20. We female dominant the university and make boys look stupid. I don’t know why boys missing in this level? Probably they can’t enter the university because stuck with poor result in SPM. Most of them only qualified to enter another level as second opportunity like Technical Polytechnic Institute and make University rules by female. Now the situation look worst when most from 20% boys turn to “Aqua” the term I used for complicated gender.. e.g also call as “Lelaki Lembut”

Back to the entry when we too many, this actually not healthy environment for female student. Before this we love to take a seat facing front near the lecturer and boys like the opposite way seat far far away near the exit back door.
